HOTEL/SERVICE SUITE POLICY – GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. BOOKING POLICIES
CHILDREN STAY POLICY
○ We allow one (1) child/infant to stay for free when sharing the existing bedding of the reserved room
○ Children aged 12 and above (as at the date of check-in) shall be considered as an adult by the Hotel.
○ An infant is counted as one (1) child in regards to the maximum capacity count of any given room.
○ Any request for Baby Crib is subject to availability and will be charged RM40.00 for each baby crib.
○ Every child, along with their age, must be mentioned on the reservation.
REQUESTS
All requests entered into the ‘Requests’ box on the Hotel/Service Suite website booking engine are subject to availability and the Hotel/Service Suite bears no responsibility should it be unable to fulfill certain requests.
ROOM OCCUPANCY
The total number of occupants in a room, including children, shall not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted for the respective room types:
Superior Double: up to 2 Adults
Deluxe Double: up to 2 Adults
Deluxe Twin: up to 2 Adults
Family Standard: up to 3 Adults
Family Superior: up to 4 Adults
Family Deluxe: up to 4 Adults
Deluxe Triple: up to 6 Adults
If you have any questions or clarifications regarding the Hotel/Service Suite’s Maximum Occupancy Policy, our staff will be happy to explain in detail. Please also note that the Hotel/Service Suite reserves the right to refuse entry to any additional guest exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for that room type.
2. CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT POLICIES
AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification via a valid government issued identification document (e.g. MYKAD / Passport) to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The Hotel/Service Suite reserves the right to check photo identification.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME
○ Check-in time is from 3:00pm.
○ Check-out time is by 11:00am.
○ Any request for early check-in or late check-out is subject to the hotel availability. In the case of check-out beyond the stipulated time, we reserve the right to charge additional 50% of the prevailing room rate without prior notice.
○ Rooms may not be available until the designated check-in time.
3. GENERAL POLICIES
DAMAGE TO HOTEL/SERVICE SUITE PROPERTY
The Hotel/Service Suite reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel/Service Suite’s property, amenities or structure.
PARKING
Indoor Car Parks are strictly for staying guests only and are on “first come first served basis” subject to availability
PETS
The Hotel/Service Suite maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are not permitted in the Hotel/Service Suite premises:
○ Animals of any kind.
○ No Durians.
○ Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials
○ Objects emitting a foul odour
○ Unregistered firearms or other weapons
○ Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities
○ Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts
○ Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Malaysia.
The Hotel/Service Suite reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items.
VISITORS
In the interest of your well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk and are requested to leave guestrooms by 11.00 p.m.
4. HEALTH AND WELL-BEING POLICIES
EXCESSIVE NOISE AND PARTIES
T o ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Hotel/Service Suite upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or
otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the Hotel/Service Suite without refund.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
Should any action by a guest, may it be towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by the Hotel/Service Suite, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to attention, the Hotel/Service Suite reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in,
but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.
SMOKING
The Hotel/Service Suite has only non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the Hotel/Service Suite. There will be a RM300 fee for thorough cleaning services charged to any non-smoking room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition.
5. PAYMENT POLICIES
CURRENCY AND TAX
Rates are in RINGGIT MALAYSIA (MYR) and are subject to 6% SST, unless otherwise stated.
All charges are subject to change in accordance with Malaysia Government legislation.
CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION
If you are using your credit card to guarantee your room reservation, the Hotel/Service Suite may hold an amount on your credit card prior to arrival. For non-refundable bookings, prepayment will be charged to your card prior to your arrival.
DEPOSITS
RM 100.00 Room Deposit is collected by cash or bank transfer upon check-in and refunded upon check-out should there is no damage done to the Hotel Property, Room, Amenities, Structure and Fittings.
ROOM CHARGES
For online bookings made through the Hotel/Service Suite website, unless stated in individual rate plan terms and conditions, a deposit equivalent to the first night room charge shall be deducted from the credit card upon completion of booking. No refund shall be made if your reservation is cancelled or modified within 14 Days prior to check-in date.
THIRD-PARTY BOOKING SOURCES
In the case of cancellation or modifications to reservations made through sources other than directly with the Hotel/Service Suite or the Hotel/Service Suite website, the Hotel/Service Suite recommends that guests first contact their source of booking for assistance before approaching Hotel/Service Suite staff.
The Hotel/Service Suite reserves the right to add to, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules as and when it deems necessary.
